The Urban Renewal Authority hosted a major event, “WINTER TRANSFORM,” at the “Free Space” in Kwun Tong Town Centre to mark the festive season with the community. The evening featured a lighting ceremony for the Christmas panda installations, bringing a lively and cheerful spirit to Kwun Tong.
